Decent ring, minor issue

I bought a princess cut Moissanite ring as a gift. The ring itself was lovely, good sparkle, and the gold setting looked well-made. Shipping was free and arrived in about 8 days, which was reasonable. My only minor gripe was the ring box felt a little cheap for a gift; I ended up getting a different one. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping timeframe. For the price, it was a good value, but they could upgrade their presentation a little.

Good quality, delivery took a bit

I ordered a 1.5 carat oval cut Moissanite engagement ring. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and the product descriptions gave a lot of good info about the stone's specs. Shipping took about 10 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a little long compared to other online jewelry I've bought. The ring itself is beautiful, very sparkly, and looks great. I had a question about resizing after it arrived, and customer service got back to me within a day with clear instructions. The packaging was also nice; it came with a certificate. Overall, a solid purchase, just wish delivery was a touch quicker.

Great value, free shipping

I got a Moissanite pendant necklace during their holiday deals. The price was really competitive, especially with the free shipping. It was a good deal for the quality. Shipping took 7 days.

Consistently good experience

This was my third purchase from Voogmechic, this time a pair of Moissanite stud earrings. Like my previous orders for a pendant and a stacking ring, the quality was consistent. The earrings arrived within a week, similar to what I experienced before. They sparkle just as much as the other pieces I own from them. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver on that every time.
